About the Event

The International Symposium on Lychee, Longan and Other Sapindaceae Fruits is an official symposium series of the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS), bringing together researchers, growers, and industry stakeholders to share advances in science, production, postharvest, and value chains for lychee, longan, and related Sapindaceae fruits.

A key hallmark of this symposium series is the dissemination of peer-reviewed contributions through ISHS Acta Horticulturae, supporting long-term global access to research and innovation in Sapindaceae horticulture.

VIII International Symposium on Lychee, Longan and Other Sapindaceae Fruits will be held in Chiang Mai, Thailand, 19–22 July 2027, hosted by Maejo University. The event aims to strengthen international collaboration, highlight emerging research and technologies, and connect scientific progress with practical impact across production systems and markets.
